At Amicis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
